Connect ManyReach

TenantCore can connect supported TenantCore mailboxes to ManyReach and keep the connection state associated with the mailbox.

Before you begin

You need:
  • Plus, Complete, or the Plus trial
  • a ManyReach account
  • a ManyReach integration configured in TenantCore
  • a TenantCore-created mailbox

Configure ManyReach

  1. Open Integrations.
  2. Add or open ManyReach.
  3. Enter the provider credential requested by TenantCore.
  4. Save the integration.
  5. Test provider connectivity.

Connect a mailbox

  1. Open the mailbox sending-connection flow.
  2. Choose ManyReach.
  3. Start the connection.
  4. Complete the provider or Microsoft steps shown by the workflow.
  5. Return to TenantCore and confirm the final state.
TenantCore keeps the provider integration and mailbox ownership scoped to the same authenticated TenantCore account.

Retry an interrupted connection

If a popup is closed or the flow is interrupted, retry it from TenantCore. A stale pending state from a previous browser session should remain retryable.
