Plans & Entitlements

TenantCore plans determine how much of the infrastructure workflow is automated and how much reporting/programmatic access is available. All paid plans use the same core resource model:

1 connected tenant
    ↓
up to 12 domains
    ↓
up to 3 mailboxes per domain
    ↓
up to 36 mailboxes per tenant

TenantCore’s standard mailbox operating limit is up to 25 sends per mailbox per day, providing up to 900 sends per tenant per day when all 36 mailboxes are configured at that limit.

Tenant slots

Base, Plus, and Complete each include 3 BYOT tenant slots. A tenant slot is TenantCore capacity to connect and manage one customer-supplied Microsoft 365 tenant. A tenant slot is not:

a Microsoft 365 tenant
a Microsoft licence
a managed tenant purchased from TenantCore

Additional BYOT tenant slots are $5/month each.

Base

Base provides the core TenantCore infrastructure-management experience. Use Base when you want TenantCore to organize and manage your Microsoft 365 tenants, domains, mailboxes, sending limits, Outlook access, monitoring, alerts, and core Reports while you handle DNS changes and sending-platform setup manually. Base receives proactive email for critical events. Plus and Complete provide broader notification capabilities around their additional automation and monitoring features.

Plus

Plus adds the automation layer. Use Plus when you want TenantCore to:

configure DNS automatically through supported providers
connect/sync mailboxes with directly integrated sending platforms
monitor sending location automatically
provide broader notification behavior
retain up to 6 months of Reports history
export Reports as CSV

Plus is the plan represented by the 14-day trial experience.

Complete

Complete adds programmatic management and advanced reporting. Use Complete when you need:

TenantCore API access
programmatic domain, mailbox, DNS, and integration workflows
1-year Reports history
executive PDF reports
Email PDF
scheduled report delivery
Portfolio / cross-tenant reporting

The public API operates only on TenantCore-owned resources. API access does not turn TenantCore into a generic Microsoft 365, DNS-provider, or sending-platform proxy.

14-day Plus trial

The trial provides the Plus experience with a smaller infrastructure allowance. Current trial entitlement:

Reports

If the trial expires:

TenantCore does not undo Microsoft or DNS configuration already completed
new Plus-only actions are blocked until upgrade
already-started background provisioning should be allowed to finish cleanly

Direct integrations vs. manual compatibility

A sending platform does not have to be directly integrated with TenantCore for a TenantCore mailbox to work with it. A direct integration means TenantCore can automate and track more of the provider-side workflow. A manual connection means you use the provider’s normal Microsoft 365 connection process while TenantCore continues managing the underlying mailbox infrastructure. Current BYOT scope

The current self-service product is built around bring-your-own Microsoft 365 tenants. TenantCore-managed tenant purchasing is intentionally not documented here as a current self-service entitlement because that customer workflow has not shipped yet.
