# Use Reports

> Review operational history, infrastructure state, exports, and scheduled reports in TenantCore.

# Use Reports

Reports gives you historical visibility across your TenantCore account.

Use Reports when you need to understand what happened over time rather than only what is true right now.

## Open Reports

The Reports area includes:

* **Overview**
* **Activity Log**
* **Infrastructure Report**
* **Portfolio** on Complete
* **Exports**

## Choose a scope

Reports can be viewed for:

* the whole TenantCore account
* a tenant
* a domain
* a mailbox

Use the most specific scope when troubleshooting one resource.

## Choose a time range

Current history availability is plan-based.

### Base

* 1 day
* 7 days
* 30 days

### Plus

* everything in Base
* 6 months

### Complete

* everything in Plus
* 1 year

## Activity Log

Use Activity Log for chronological events such as:

* DNS provisioning
* mailbox creation/deletion
* password reset
* integration connection
* infrastructure-health changes
* reputation warnings
* automation actions

## Infrastructure Report

Use Infrastructure Report for a structured current-state view across tenants, domains, and mailboxes.

## Export data

### Plus and Complete

Use CSV export for supported report scopes.

### Complete

Complete also supports:

* executive PDF
* Email PDF
* scheduled emailed reports
* Portfolio reporting

## Schedule a report

On Complete:

1. open the report scheduling workflow
2. choose the scope
3. choose the reporting range
4. select the local delivery time
5. save the schedule

TenantCore tracks scheduled deliveries so the same occurrence is not unintentionally sent multiple times.
