# Connecting to PlusVibe

> How to add TenantCore-provisioned mailboxes to PlusVibe using mailbox credentials.

## Overview

TenantCore does not connect to PlusVibe directly. The integration happens at the mailbox level — you retrieve credentials from TenantCore and add them to PlusVibe as email accounts. PlusVibe supports connecting Microsoft 365 accounts via OAuth, which is the recommended method for TenantCore-provisioned mailboxes.

PlusVibe is an all-in-one cold email platform with built-in warmup, AI-driven personalization, and inbox rotation. It connects to your TenantCore mailboxes the same way any sequencer does — via standard Microsoft 365 authentication.

## Prerequisites

* At least one mailbox provisioned in TenantCore with a **Verified** domain status
* A PlusVibe account at [plusvibe.ai](https://plusvibe.ai)

***

## Step 1 — Retrieve mailbox credentials from TenantCore

1. Open the TenantCore app and navigate to the **Mailboxes** page
2. Find the mailbox you want to connect
3. Copy the credentials

***

## Step 2 — Add the email account in PlusVibe

1. In PlusVibe, go to **Email Accounts**
2. Click **Add Account** and select **Outlook** or **Microsoft 365**
3. Sign in with your mailbox credentials and click **Accept** when prompted for permissions. This uses secure OAuth.
4. Once the status shows **Connected**, your mailbox is ready for warmup or campaigns.

## Step 3 — Configure send limits in PlusVibe

<Warning>
  Set your PlusVibe per-account send limit **at or below** the limit enforced in TenantCore. If PlusVibe attempts to exceed the TenantCore limit, Exchange will block the excess messages and PlusVibe may log delivery errors.
</Warning>

In PlusVibe, open the account settings and configure:

* **Daily sending limit** — match this to the TenantCore mailbox limit or set it lower
* **Sending window** — spread sends across business hours rather than sending in bursts

The TenantCore limit is the hard ceiling. PlusVibe's limit controls scheduling. Keeping them aligned avoids NDRs and error flags in PlusVibe's dashboard.

## Warmup settings

PlusVibe has a built-in warmup feature backed by a private pool of accounts. If you are using it:

* Enable warmup on new mailboxes during the first 4 to 6 weeks
* Warmup sends count toward your daily limit — factor this in when setting your TenantCore mailbox limit
* Once the warmup period ends and reputation is established, you can increase the TenantCore limit and PlusVibe's daily cap in tandem

***

## Repeat for each mailbox

Add each TenantCore mailbox as a separate account in PlusVibe. Use PlusVibe's inbox rotation feature to spread campaign volume across connected mailboxes automatically.

## Troubleshooting

**Connection fails**

* Confirm the mailbox password was copied correctly — passwords are case-sensitive
* Confirm the domain shows as **Verified** in TenantCore before attempting to connect
* Confirm the mailbox status is **Active** in TenantCore

**Delivery errors after connecting**

* If messages are being blocked, the PlusVibe send limit likely exceeds the TenantCore mailbox limit
* Reduce PlusVibe's daily email limit to match or fall below the TenantCore limit
* If warmup is active, account for warmup volume in your total daily limit calculation
* Check TenantCore's enforcement log for blocked events
