# Connect Instantly

> Connect a TenantCore mailbox to an Instantly integration.

# Connect Instantly

TenantCore can connect supported TenantCore-created mailboxes to Instantly and keep the connection state attached to each mailbox.

## Before you begin

You need:

* Plus, Complete, or the Plus trial
* an Instantly account/workspace
* an Instantly integration configured in TenantCore
* a TenantCore-created mailbox

## Connect the Instantly integration

1. Open **Integrations**.
2. Add or open **Instantly**.
3. Enter the provider credential requested by TenantCore.
4. Save the integration.
5. Run **Test connection**.

TenantCore keeps provider credentials server-side.

## Connect a mailbox

1. Open the mailbox sending-connection workflow.
2. Choose the Instantly integration.
3. Review the mailbox email/password if TenantCore presents them.
4. Start the connection.
5. Complete any provider/Microsoft authentication requested by the flow.
6. Return to TenantCore and wait for connection status.

## MFA

If TenantCore-managed MFA is not configured, you can:

* set up MFA first
* continue without TenantCore MFA

TenantCore MFA is not mandatory for the connection workflow.

## If the popup is closed

If the browser popup is closed or interrupted, the mailbox should not remain permanently locked in `pending`.

Retry the connection from TenantCore.

## Connection state

TenantCore can show whether the mailbox is:

* connected
* pending
* failed
* disconnected

Use TenantCore as the source of connection state for mailboxes managed through the integration.
