# Reports

> Understand TenantCore Reports, Activity Log, Infrastructure Report, Portfolio reporting, exports, and report history.

# Reports

Reports is TenantCore's historical operational view.

It helps answer two questions:

> What happened?

and:

> What changed it?

The customer-facing feature is called **Reports**. It brings operational history and current infrastructure context together in one place.

## Reports areas

TenantCore Reports includes:

* **Overview**
* **Activity Log**
* **Infrastructure Report**
* **Portfolio** on Complete
* **Exports**

## Overview

Overview summarizes the current and historical state of the selected reporting scope.

Depending on the data available, this can include:

* tenants monitored
* domains monitored
* mailboxes monitored
* sending activity
* failures
* bounce-related metrics
* spam-related metrics
* infrastructure health
* restriction state

## Activity Log

The Activity Log is the chronological operational history.

Events can include:

* domain added or removed
* DNS provisioning started/completed/failed
* DKIM changes
* mailbox created or deleted
* password reset
* sending-limit change
* sending integration connected/disconnected
* service-health changes
* reputation warnings
* automatic or operator actions

Related activity stays connected to the tenant, domain, or mailbox it belongs to, so the same event can appear naturally at the appropriate reporting scopes.

## Infrastructure Report

Infrastructure Report provides a structured view across tenants, domains, and mailboxes.

It is designed to show the current state of the resources being managed rather than only a chronological list of events.

## Resource drill-down

Reports can be scoped to:

A mailbox event can therefore be visible in:

* that mailbox
* its domain
* its tenant
* the account-wide Activity Log

Resource-specific drill-downs should remain scoped to that resource rather than substituting unrelated activity when no matching events exist.

* 1 day
* 7 days
* 30 days

### Plus

Everything in Base, plus:

* 6-month history

### Complete

Everything in Plus, plus:

* 1-year history

## Exports

### Plus and Complete

CSV export is available for supported report scopes.

### Complete

Complete adds:

* executive PDF download
* direct Email PDF
* scheduled emailed PDF reports
* Portfolio / cross-tenant reporting

## Scheduled reports

Scheduled report delivery runs independently from the interactive UI.

TenantCore keeps delivery state so the same scheduled occurrence is not unintentionally delivered multiple times.

## Reports and monitoring

Monitoring tells you the current state.

Reports provide the historical context.

That distinction is important when troubleshooting infrastructure that recovered before the operator opened TenantCore.
